Intrix applications can be used wherever and whenever. All that you need for the access is an internet browser and an internet connection. You do not need any additional equipment or programs. Once you fill in the application form, you will gain access to your personal application within minutes.

Intrix Project and Intrix CRM applications are designed especially for small and mid-sized companies, however they are suitable for large enterprises as well. According to various needs of particular business branches, we have prepared several different application models, which are adjusted to the specific business branch (marketing agencies, construction and project bureaus, translation agencies, radio stations, B2B companies, B2C companies, public administration…).

Yes. Intrix application can be connected to the company’s existent systems. Thus, the customer information, financial data and the content information of the projects are automatically transferred among various systems. In this way, the users save a great deal of time, as there is no need to enter information multiple times.

4.
To several activities, various documents can be attached: contracts, orders, project documentation, instructions, minutes of the meetings, plans, offers… The files can have various formats (Word, Excel, pdf, jpg…).

5.
Yes. The timetable from the application can be transferred to other calendars, using the iCal standard format. This format is supported by a majority of calendars (Google, Outlook, mobile phones…).

No. All the data from several bases and formats (Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP systems…) can quickly and easily be imported into the new system.

7.
The application can be used by people, who will be defined as users, no matter where they are. In the instance of external users, the rights and restrictions systems have to be defined.

8.
The basic version is available in Slovene, English, German, Croatian and Serbian. According to your needs and wishes, the application can be translated to any language. In the near future, the basic languages will consist of all important world languages. The application enables the users the free choice of language, which means that some users can work in Slovene, some in English and some in German – but they access the same database and the same information.

Yes. If your business processes are not defined, our consultants will be happy to offer help with defining your business processes, which will be the basis for the adjustment of the application. All the adjustments can also be executed later on, even when the project is already finished and handed over for usage.

10.
Intrix applications contain an automated notification system. You will always be notified about your tasks and the tasks of your co-workers, about the progress of the project and about all the important changes in the application. The notifications can be customized and you can easily define when and what you wish to be notified about.

11.
Relatively simple changes in the application are done in less than an hour from the received order. Because this is an online application, we do not have to visit the person who places the order; all the adjustments are done from a distance.

Prior to the introduction of the system, our experts get thoroughly acquainted with your work processes and the processes of project management. They give advice on how to improve them and then, together with you, add most favourable adjustments to the application in a way that it fits into the existent work habits in a best possible way and that it does not require vital changes to your way of working. Your employees will only dedicate an hour or two for the initial education.

We are well aware of the fact that the security of the data is an essential issue for all users. Intrix applications use the 128-bit SSL security protocol for user recognition and data encryption. With the personal user account, only you have the access to your data. All data is daily archived on the data server and is mirrored to an additional server at a different location.

Our skilled experts are in charge of the maintenance of the system (servers, applications…). Intrix Project is extremely simple to use, this is why you do not need any special knowledge of the information technology. Our kind experts are available to you at any time and they will be glad to offer help.

Cene in pogoji

The usage costs depend on the number of users. From the price list of various packages you chose a model which suits you most, define the number of users and secure a 100% control over your costs.

2.
A few days prior to the expiry you will be contacted by our consultant, who will help you with your questions and proposals. Together you will make an arrangement about the following steps and choose the most appropriate package. Should you decide not to use the application any more, the application will be locked 30 days after the first registration and the data will be erased.

3.
Yes. Every month you can redefine the number of active users and therefore optimise the monthly expenses. The non-active users will be blocked, meaning that they cannot access the application, however their data will be preserved. The users can be reactivated at any time.

4.
Intrix applications continually develop and improve. The development takes place according to the developmental plan, however our customers’ wishes and needs also have a great impact on the improvement of the functionality. Our customers acquire all the improvements and upgrades without additional investments, therefore they use the latest version of the application at all times.

5.
If using the application is ceased after more than 30 days, all the data is transmitted to the customer. All the data is in standard CVS format.

6.
No. Should you wish to uphold CRS as well as project management, only one application is adequate, where all the functionalities are combined. In this case you are not charged extra costs for monthly users either.

7.
Additional adjustments are charged according to the actual used time. Our consultants thoroughly examine your wishes, they give an estimation of the required time and execute the adjustment after your confirmation.

8.
The payment is carried out by means of the received monthly invoice. The invoice is issued at the end of the current month.

9.
In addition to using the application, the monthly rent includes:
  • technical maintenance of the application and attention
    for impeccable operation
  • regular daily and monthly data archiving
  • regular program improvements and upgrades
  • assistance via e-mail
