What happens after the free 30-day trial period?
30 days after the first sign up, the application is locked. A few days earlier you will be contacted by our advisor, who will process your questions and suggestions and talk to you about the next steps. In this case, all information will be saved.

What happens with the data after the termination of the lease?
At the end of the Free 30-day Trial, all data is transferred to an external media and sent to the subscriber. All the data is in standard CVS format.

We need Intrix CRM as well as Intrix Project. Do we need two applicatons?
No. If you want to support CRM and project management, you can use a single application in which all functions are combined. In this case you are not charged additional costs for monthly users.

Can the number of active monthly users vary?
Yes, it can. Every month you can redefine the number of active users and therefore optimise the monthly costs. Currently inactive users are blocked and they cannot access the application, but their data remains. Users can be reactivated at any time.

When will the next version of Intrix Project or Intrix CRM be available and how much will it cost?
Intrix Project and Intrix CRM constantly develop and improve. The development is conducted in accordance to the developmental plan; our clients also have a major impact on improving the functionality. Our clients obtain updates and upgrades without additional investments and they use the latest version of the application at all times.
