Intera on a Visit to China

In Chengdu, China the business meeting EU Chengdu SMEs Busines Matchmaking & Cooperation Incubation Event took place on the 8th and 9th November. Nine companies from Slovenia attended it including our company INTERA, Ltd. National coordinator of the Slovene delegation visit was Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia.

The meeting was intended for small and medium-sized companies working in the field of information technology, machine manufacture and protection of the environment. At the business event individual business meetings among more than 100 companies from EU (Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain and Great Britain) and more than 300 companies from China were organised.

Besides business meetings within the event in Chengdu Slovene economic delegation met also the representatives of Slovene Club and members of government and economic delegation under the direction of the Slovene Prime Minister Janez Janša.

Intera extended its business trip in China because we visited Hi-tec Con and software parks in Chengdu and Xi'an where we also developed contacts with some companies and looked for possibilities to enter the market in China.
