Certificate is being granted to companies that have the frame of employment policy, in a mode, that enable employees more easily harmonizing parenthood with work obligations.
Intera is among 33 companies from Slovenia that are involved into process of certification. All the activities will start at the beginning of December and will last till April 2007. Reason for involving into process stands out from the statement "our employees are our wealth".
We want to contribute to long-term process of changing the culture of company, with activities in future. We are target oriented with purpose of assuring better conditions for working.
